We are home to central India’s largest fleet of happy and healthy cows. We have close to 200 GirGai (desi cows) at our farm, and we care for the young and old cows alike.At Shreelalji Dairy farms, we grow our own food, and also process the fodder in our mechanized silos. This helps us retain the quality and nutrient value of the fodder, which in turn improves milk quality.
More so, we have developed a seamless storage and delivery chain, through which the milk will be expressed, retained, packaged and delivered at the prescribed 4 degree Celsius temperature.
Over decades, in a run to produce more milk, we have turned around the cows to milk producing machines. This without doubt is now showing its harmful effects on us. In an equivalent effort to bring back the natural habitat and the desi Gir Gai back in vogue, we have worked backwards to integrate and build a habitat that’s conducive for cows to produce milk, more generously and yet in its purest form.
